My Areas of Practice
I believe it is important for patients to have an active role in their health care, and I strive to create an environment in which patients feel their questions and concerns are truly heard. I chose Family Medicine because it allows me to develop lasting relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds, and I appreciate the opportunity to both teach and learn from patients every day. My special interests lie in orthopedics, psychiatry, and young-adult medicine. I enjoy being an integral part of a health care team and look forward to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to those we serve.

Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, I worked in collegiate sports medicine at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and at Cornell University. While I thoroughly enjoyed living in the Northeast, I am happy to be back in the Midwest, where I feel most at home. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, baking, exercising, and spending time with my husband and two children.
