My Areas of Practice

I am a licensed psychologist. I primarily work with adults on complications from a variety of psychological, interpersonal, and medical concerns. In recent years, I have become particularly interested in exploring strategies to increase quality of life in those individuals with chronic physical pain.

I aim to provide the highest quality, patient-centered care and feel honored to work with patients. Employing a non-judgmental attitude is important to me in all of my work. Listening to patients' stories allows me to collaborate with them to identify attainable goals and devise strategies to reach those goals. My theoretical orientation is based upon personal experience and science. Integrating current research with patient needs to choose the most appropriate intervention is a passion of mine.
