I am devoted to providing solutions-focused therapy in an effort to help patients reclaim their lives from eating disorders and other mental health obstacles. I have been in the field for almost 20 years, and a team member of the ED program at PNC for going on 12 years. It has been both challenging and rewarding, and never a dull moment! I especially appreciate the skills and talents of our multidiscliplinary team, and admire their dedication. Previously, I have practiced at the Mayo Clinic, and provided in-home family therapy before that. In my spare time, I rejuvenate through a variety of entertainment and recreational activities, including an adventure club, dinner club and book club, as well as kayaking and cross country skiing. I have also been involved in community theater in the area, and enjoy singing, dancing and acting as an outlet. I continue to support the Methodaires, a women’s song and dance troupe that I participated in for several years, which presents a Spring Show as a fundraiser for the International Diabetes Center at Park Nicollet and the Park Nicollet Cancer Center. Last but not least, I relish the time I get to spend with my husband our 8 grandchildren. We often head back to my home town of Duluth to walk the canal, hang out at Park Point or drive up the North Shore.
