Professional Associations & Awards

Fellow, American Academy of Pediatrics; Adjunct Professor of Pediatrics, University of Minnesota; Instructor, Adaptive Leadership, St. Thomas University - Physician Leadership College, 2008-present; Fellow, Bush Foundation, 2005, focused on improving mental health care for children; Medical Director, Professional Development, Park Nicollet Health Services, 2009-2010

I love caring for children of all ages and helping children with growth and development from babyhood to the teen years. I have a special interest in behavioral pediatrics and helping families through hard times. I received a certificate in psychopharmacology to increase my abilities to care for children with mental health issues. I enjoy teaching, mentoring, nurturing future leaders and helping to strengthen the culture of professionalism at Park Nicollet. In my spare time, I enjoy running, playing most sports, and spending time with family.
