Personal

I grew up in the Bronx, NY. Much of my education has been focused on physical activity and sports. My practice combines the use of soft tissue techniques and exercise along with chiropractic adjustments. I make an effort to give patients the education and tools they need to help take control of their own health. I was privileged to serve on the United States Medical Staff for the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia. I enjoy spending time with my four children. My interests are reading, music, and travelling.
