My Areas of Practice

My professional interests include individual development across the lifespan, couples and relationship issues, and family psychology. I work primarily with adults and adolescents including persons with high functioning autism, or Asperger's syndrome.

I use individual, couples, and family therapy to evaluate and treat a variety of issues such as anxiety and depression, in addition to neurodevelopmental disorders that have effects on attention and learning.

My approach is to listen carefully to your concerns and collaborate with you on solutions or actions that might resolve them. I believe that a happy, meaningful life is for everyone. As difficult as it may seem, with help and support, each of us can find the strengths and resources we need to move through life's problems and transitions.
