I have a passion for all the different areas of Physical Therapy. I enjoy the relationships I get to form with my patients and the progress I get to see as we work together to recover function.
I am currently a rotator at Methodist Hospital, which will give me the opportunity to rotate between acute inpatient hospital, outpatient orthopedics, outpatient neuro, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, wound care, and total joint rehabilitation. I am excited that I will get to use my skills in many different areas of practice. I am interested in many aspects of physical therapy, but I most enjoy neurorehabilitation.
Besides at work, I also like to volunteer my skills to the community. I've volunteered in a physical therapy position the past two years at the Twin Cities Marathon. I've also volunteered for the Special Olympics of MN, performing balance, strength, and range of motion screens on Special Olympic Athletes.
