My area of expertise is Upper Extremity Orthopaedics, with special interest in Women's Health. I am a PA-C as well as a Yoga Instructor/Therapist and believe we have the ability to heal ourselves by restoring an inner balance of mind, body and spirit. I attempt to use an integrative approach of Western and Eastern modalities whenever appropriate. I enjoy working with people of all ages and have a passion for teaching Therapeutic Yoga to those who are interested. I volunteer at a local Teen Clinic as well as a Domestic Violence Shelter.

I grew up in Eastern Iowa and have called Minnesota home for the last 6 years. I enjoy visiting my nieces and nephews who still live in my hometown. I am blessed to be in a loving relationship and have 2 cuddly dogs, Sadie and Scout. I have been doing yoga for the last 10 years and went through Teacher Training to become an instructor in 2009. Since then I have gone on to specialize and train in Therapeutic Yoga. I enjoy traveling to many different places and being outdoors, my favorite place to visit is the Boundary Waters in northern MN. I also love to travel abroad and have visited many South American countries. I had the amazing opportunity to observe health care in Ecuador for 4 weeks during PA school and look forward to incorporating international medical missions into my career.
