I have a particular area of interest in stroke, and feel priviileged to care for patients and families affected by stroke. I recognize the importance of addressing both the physical and emotional needs that are brought on by this life-changing event. I strive to provide comprehensive and compassionate care throughout all stages of stroke, from inital onset and hospitalization to ongoing outpatient rehabilitation and follow up.
I am originally from a small town in northcentral Wisconsin, and after living in Seattle and North Carolina for several years, I returned to the Midwest in 2010 to be near my family. I am busy planning my wedding for next year, and in my spare time I enjoy traveling, planning hiking trips to mountains, running, and swimming.
