My Areas of Practice
As a Medication Management pharmacist, I specialize in reviewing and monitoring medications used in the treatment of chronic conditions. I work closely with patients and primary care doctors to optimize a patient’s medication regimen, ensuring his/her medications are necessary, working well, are safe to take and cost-effective. My goal is to help patient’s improve his/her quality of life while limiting the burden of medications on daily life. I enjoy working as part of a patient’s health care team, providing medication expertise, and acting as a resource for a patient’s medication-related questions and concerns. Medication management services are available at no cost for patients who receive primary care at Park Nicollet.
