Team Orthopaedic Surgeon for Concordia (St.Paul) University 2002-2011

I am an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon who is no longer able to perform surgery because of a health related condition.  My practice has therefore transitioned to non-operative musculoskeletal care.  I have practiced as an Orthopedic Surgeon for over 16 years with a focus on sports medicine and knee and shoulder reconstructive surgery.  I also served as the team Orthopedic Surgeon for Concordia University (St. Paul-Division 2 NCAA) for 10 years (2002-2011) and Northwestern College (Roseville-NAIA) for 3 years (2002-2004).  I bring my vast experience as a surgeon and team physician to my new practice setting.  I am board certified in orthopedic surgery.

I greatly enjoy all aspects of musculoskeletal medicine and take pride in teaching as I explain to my patients about their orthopedic condition or injury.  Even though I am no longer performing surgery I am able to accurately determine if my patient may need surgery and then explain the procedure and recovery to my patient.  I have strong communication skills, and provide very high level care on an individual basis for each patient.

I love sports, cars, history and am deeply involved in my community and with my family.
