My Areas of Practice
I have been at Park Nicollet for over 15 years. I enjoy providing excellent, patient-centered, evidence based care to adults across the age span and from diverse backgrounds. When you come in for your physical, we will talk about ways to help you be in your best possible health. I enjoy supporting individuals needing help with both new and ongoing health care concerns like diabetes and high blood pressure. Many women of all ages see me for their unique health care needs.
I work with a wonderful team of clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, health counselors and staff at the Brookdale clinic all available as resources for you, if needed. We offer free parking and Saturday hours.
I serve as the medical director for Wayside House, a treatment program for women struggling to overcome substance abuse.

I grew up outside of Erie, Pennsylvania, moved to Toledo, Ohio and have lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota for over twenty years. I am married and have an adult daughter. When not at Park Nicollet, I enjoy making and eating fabulous desserts, reading, sailing, gardening, training and playing with our puppy, sewing and fishing.
