Support programs
We know a cancer diagnosis impacts patients and families emotionally and spiritually. Fraunshuh Cancer Center provides a community of hope to patients, families and others involved in patient care. We have found that patients feel better and recover faster when they have appropriate education and support.
Fraunshuh Cancer Center offers a variety of opportunities in a comfortable, understanding environment. A support service coordinator organizes programs and provides information and help to cancer patients. To speak with the support services coordinator, call 952-993-5700.
All class and support groups meet in Curtis and Arlene Carlson Family Community Room, in the main lobby of Frauenshuh Cancer Center (Suite G-150). The innovative design of our cancer center allows patients to stay in their rooms for many support services, such as music therapy, spiritual care or family therapy – whatever they need. This way, patients conserve energy for what is most important to them.
