Recognition programs

Along with our years-of-service recognition, Park Nicollet Health Services' employee recognition program, Ovations!, provides a way for employees to recognize colleagues for their contributions.

Ovations! "cards" recognize co-worker contributions in upholding Park Nicollet’s core values of caring, excellence, stewardship, joy and learning. In 2006, more than 57,500 electronic and paper cards were written and distributed to employees. Each month, these cards are submitted in a drawing for prizes, with a grand prize awarded annually.

In addition to the Ovations! program, Park Nicollet annually recognized many outstanding achievements, including:
