Core leadership program
100 new leaders completed the core leadership program last year
In addition to new-employee orientation, the core leadership program is required for all newly promoted or hired Park Nicollet leaders. It is designed to give more information about an employee’s new role, provides an opportunity to meet senior leaders and serves as an introduction to the Park Nicollet “way of leading.”
