Mindfulness Meditation series

This eight-week program is an intensive introduction to the techniques and practice of mindfulness and relaxation. The course consists of weekly meetings and one all-day Saturday retreat. In addition to learning the body scan, Hatha yoga and sitting meditation, you will explore the sources of stress in your life and practice new ways of responding to them.
