Qigong

Qigong (pronounced "chi-gong") is an ancient Chinese practice of simple movements, meditation, relaxed breathing and sound to balance the flow and distribution of the body's natural energy. It helps provide stress reduction, relaxation, renewed energy and balance.

Comfortable clothes are recommended. Do not wear perfume or eat a large meal before class. Make child-care arrangements, if appropriate.

Class size is limited to 15 participants. Register at least one week before the first class; confirmations will be mailed. For more information, call 952-993-5700 or 952-895-9758.

Tuesdays, April 21 through May 12, 2009
6:45 to 7:45 p.m.

Session 2:
Tuesdays, May 26 through June 23, 2009
6:45 to 8 p.m.

Cost:

Session 1 costs $40 ($35 for previous-session participants or employees); $60 for Session 2
