Biography
As an ophthalmologist, my special interests include surgery of the eyelids and surgery to correct nearsightedness. LASIK is my preferred surgery for nearsighted correction. I am married with three children. My leisure interests include reading, listening to classical music, and enjoying the outdoors. Dr. Rakes has been voted by Mpls St. Paul Magazine as one of the Twin Cities "Top Doctors".
