Patient and Family Council

Patient safety is our top priority. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best outcomes for our patients, we are forming a Patient and Family Council.

The council will provide an opportunity for patients and family to meet once a month with Park Nicollet staff and clinicians to discuss how to promote patient and family involvement surrounding patient care and safety  issues. Objectives include:

• promote patient and family advocacy in care issues
• develop community awareness and education about health care safety
• promote patient and provider partnerships to increase safety
