June: Silverstein Community Service Awards Dinner and Benefit

Silverstein Community Service Awards Dinner and Benefit for Struthers Parkinson’s Center

Thank you to all of you who joined us for the 2015 Silverstein Community Service Awards Dinner and Benefit on June 11, 2015. By helping us celebrate community leaders and advocates of Parkinson’s disease, you helped to inspire, motivate and rally our community to help improve quality of life at every stage for people and families working to live well with Parkinson’s disease.

Throughout the evening, more than$35,000 was raised to help sustain vital interdisciplinary treatment, support, research and education for men and women in all stages of Parkinson’s. These services foster independence and develop problem-solving skills needed to live well with Parkinson’s, but insurance does not cover them. We are grateful for your help to make these programs possible.

Couldn't attend? You can still support outstanding Parkinson's care with your donation.

Oct: Park Nicollet Foundation Gala

During Silver Linings, the 35th annual Park Nicollet Foundation Gala, Park Nicollet Frauenshuh Cancer Center Medical Director Mark Wilkowske, MD said, “I am humbled and honored to walk beside my patients as they navigate challenges and new understandings. However, I also recognize that we can and need to do more to support patients through their emotional journey by defining a path and building a community to inspire and carry them through.”
