Appointments are available with International Diabetes Center health professionals 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., central standard time, Monday through Friday, at Park Nicollet Clinic—St. Louis Park. Please contact your doctor for a referral.

Insurance

At your visit, you will be asked for your insurance information. We accept most major insurance plans, including HealthPartners, Patient Choice, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medica Choice, Medica Elect, Medica SelectCare, Araz and PreferredOne, among others. Call Park Nicollet Business Services at 952-993-3682 for more information, or to notify us of a change in insurance plan.

Co-payment

Many benefit plans require that you make a small co-payment at the time of your visit. You may pay by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. After your insurance company has paid its portion, you may receive a monthly statement indicating your financial responsibility.
