Patient services

As a leader in diabetes education and research, International Diabetes Center at Park Nicollet’s mission is to ensure that every person with diabetes or at risk for diabetes receives the best possible care. We provide world-class diabetes management, education and research programs that meet the needs of people with diabetes and their families.

International Diabetes Center is known internationally for its range of clinical, motivational and educational services that help people live well with diabetes. Services for adults and children are provided at Park Nicollet Clinic locations in St. Louis Park, Brooklyn Center, Burnsville and Minneapolis.
