Organizational assessment of inpatient diabetes care and education

Hypertension and diabetes quality improvement program

This three-phase quality improvement program is designed to improve blood pressure control in patients with diabetes. Through tools designed to help you assess your current state, staff training is provided that focuses on accuracy of blood pressure measurements and treatment options.
