Park Nicollet accepts many health care insurance plans. If you have specific questions about your care coverage, please contact your insurance company directly.
Many plans consider eye exams as preventive care, so co-pays may not be required.
Furthermore, preventive care coverage may allow you and others on your plan to schedule yearly exams to ensure eye health.
Your individual insurance plan will explain your benefits. In most cases, you pay for the eyewear in full, then are reimbursed through your insurance provider for the amount allowed by your plan.
Park Nicollet does not accept any vision plans. Patients must pay for eyewear in full and submit receipts to their insurance companies for reimbursement.
An eye exam by your optometrist or ophthalmologist alone cannot produce a prescription for contact lenses. You also must schedule an appointment with a contact lens technician, and complete the fitting process before an order can be placed.
If you already have been fitted, have a valid prescription (one that has been written within the last 12 months) and simply want to reorder, you can purchase lenses directly from any Contact Lens Store @ Park Nicollet, online or by calling 952-993-3150.
Once the fitting process is complete, you will receive your prescription and can be easily filled at the Contact Lens Store @ Park Nicollet.
Park Nicollet offers you three reorder options. You can order online or by calling 952-993-1512 and your lenses will be shipped directly to your home or business. You also can stop by one of our Contact Lens Store @ Park Nicollet locations.
