One hundred percent of proceeds from the Parkinson's Golf Challenge support patient programs at Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital Struthers Parkinson's Center and Edina Care Residence. Tax-deductible sponsorship opportunities are listed below. For more information, call 952-993-5844.

Tournament sponsor: $12,000

• Golf foursome
• Name or logo on all printed materials, including brochures, shirts, signage and press releases
• Recognition throughout tournament

Pretournament Golf Clinic sponsor: $3,000

• Golf foursome
• Brochure acknowledgment
• Signage during golfer registration and pretournament clinic led by local golf pro
• Recognition during awards ceremony

Pretournament Lunch sponsor: $3,500

• Golf foursome
• Signage during golfer registration and on tables where lunch is served.

Post tournament Dinner sponsor: $7,500

Corporate Foursome Hole sponsor: $1,800
