Healthy Community Fund grants

Park Nicollet Foundation actively seeks partnerships in health education, intervention and preventive care to better serve our community.
How to apply
Requests for funding through the Healthy Community Fund must document an urgent and compelling need, clearly offer or serve programs for families or children that improve health and build developmental assets. Grant proposals must focus on community needs within the Park Nicollet service area and meet two or more focuses noted in the
Healthy Community Grant guidelines (PDF).
Requests for $5,000 or less are accepted year-round and reviewed on a continual basis. Requests must include completed cover page, collated and stapled, on no more than three, double-sided sheets of paper, and respond to items 2 through 13 from the
checklist (PDF). * minimum of 10 point font size.

We do not fund:

political organizations, campaigns or lobbying activities

religious organizations for direct religious activities

endowment or capital campaigns

fraternal organizations or societies
-
program advertising, tickets or raffles
-
benefit fundraisers
-
recognition events
-
telephone solicitations
-
capital equipment
-
individuals and their projects
