New at Patient Online: appointment requests

As of Tuesday, July 22, Patient Online® (POL) has added another free, convenient feature: online appointment requests. Instead of calling, just log onto your POL account, go to the section marked “Send a message or Request an appointment,” complete the information on the form and submit.

Park Nicollet patient service center representatives will process your request during normal business hours and send you an acknowledgement e-mail through POL. They will do their best to meet your requested dates and times. If they are unable to do so, you will be offered scheduling options.

Online appointment requests should not be submitted for urgent or same-day appointment needs.

POL is a free service that allows you to view parts of your medical record, including medication lists, allergies, immunizations and lab results, and e-visit with your clinician in a secured, online environment.
