An organization that provides and supports assistive technology needs and associated training of Minnesotans who are blind or visually impaired. These needs include scanners, computers with text-to-speech capabilities, note-taking and talking dictionaries. -

Provides services for anyone experiencing vision loss, as well as low-vision products to support daily living. -
MN State Services for the Blind
Provides services to anyone of any age in Minnesota who has a vision loss that creates a barrier to their vocational or personal independence. -
Vision Loss Resources Inc.
Services include training on daily living skills, leisure and exercise, communication and technology, vocational and academic preparation, orientation and mobility, support groups, in-home assessment and vision evaluation, in-home assistance from volunteers and hearing assessments. Also provides a community library with audio books, audio-described videos, Braille books and large print periodicals.
