• Orders under $100 must be prepaid with a check or credit card.
• Make checks payable to IDC Publishing.
• Payment in United States dollars only
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Purchase orders are accepted for orders over $100.
• Minnesota residents pay 6.5 percent tax (Hennepin County, MN residents add an extra 0.15 percent sales tax);  provide tax exempt number when necessary.
