Spacer Line

Bruises

Bruises form when blood cells seep from injured veins into surrounding skin tissue. Basically they are sores that don’t break the skin. Newer bruises usually appear black and blue. As they heal they may look green and yellow.

What to do About Bruises
Sudden increased appearance or multiple bruises, or on anticoagulants or aspirin  Symptoms may be treated at home or they may require a visit to your doctor. Usually you and your doctor need to share additional information about your condition to decide what is best for you.
