Grief

The longer you live, the more likely you are to lose people you love. The death of a spouse or partner is one of the hardest things you can go through. It is hard no matter how good or bad the relationship was. Grief is personal. People with the same kind of loss may grieve in different ways. How long and hard you grieve may be different from how others grieve. The way you grieve may even change from one loss to another.
