Education and prevention
The key to surviving heart disease is to discover it early and make healthy changes. Your own actions – like the foods you eat, the exercise you get, to the way you handle stress – can help stop the progression of heart disease.
Understanding your risk is the first step in preventing and detecting heart disease. Park Nicollet Heart and Vascular Center offers a comprehensive approach to preventing, screening, treating and managing heart and vascular disease to improve your outcomes.
