Understanding your risk factors
Understanding your risk is the first step in preventing and detecting heart disease. There are several controllable and noncontrollable causes of coronary artery and vascular disease. Learn your risk factors.

Vascular disease screening
Vascular disease, such as stroke and abdominal aortic aneurysm, is known as a silent killer because there often are no warning sings until it's too late. Heart disease prevention clinic
Left undetected and untreated, coronary artherosclerosis, or coronary artery disease, is a progressive and relentless disease. Artherosclerosis must be slowed or ideally, stopped for heart patients to live long and full lives.
Our heart disease prevention clinic uses a team approach to educate patients and their families about effective lifestyle management and prescribes the most effective drug therapies.
Patients who have multiple risk factors for coronary heart disease or risk factors that have not responded to standard treatment can be referred by their primary doctor or other health care professional. Call 952-993-3246 for more information.
