Oncology research
Oncology Research focuses on clinical research, including prevention and early detection of cancer, testing new protocols and therapies, symptom management and quality of life improvement for people undergoing cancer treatments.
At Park Nicollet Health Services, cancer research is conducted through the Oncology Research program and the Metro-Minnesota Community Clinical Oncology Program. Oncology Research, working closely with Park Nicollet Cancer Center, conducts studies developed by Park Nicollet investigators and by outside investigators. The Metro-MN CCOP is a multihospital program that conducts oncology research studies sponsored by the National Cancer Institute.
