If your insurance card lists a primary care provider other than Park Nicollet Clinic or Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, you may require a referral from your insurance company to be seen at Park Nicollet.

Medicare Advantage private, fee-for-service

Park Nicollet Clinic, Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital and TRIA Orthopaedic Center no longer accept Medicare Advantage private, fee-for-service (PFFS) plans. The following list includes all PFFS plans offered in Minnesota that we no longer accept:
