CREATE program

The center’s unique CREATE (Clinical, Research, Educational, Artistic and Therapeutic Endeavors) program provides holistic support and management for living well with Parkinson’s disease. Program services are available to all people with Parkinson’s and their families, regardless of whether they are being evaluated or medically treated at the center. Participants tailor available services to specific needs.

Club CREATE

Club CREATE is a therapeutic day program offering holistic, stimulating programs and socializing, plus needed respite for care partners. People with Parkinson’s and related movement disorders can participate one or more days each week in an active environment where staff matches interests and skills with specific programs. Help with medications and personal care is provided as needed. The program is available Monday - Friday.

Affordable program fees and financial assistance for qualified applicants allow all people to participate. For more information, call 952-993-5495 or toll-free at 888-993-5495.
