I felt compelled to write you regarding the care my newborn, my family and I received during my recent stay in the labor, delivery and postpartum areas of your hospital. Your nursing staff was tremendous!

I received assistance (I cannot remember them all!) from Nissa, Michelle, Heidi, Lanette, Debbie, Esther and Jan. These women were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and, most of all, provided a caring attitude toward me and my family. Michelle was the nurse present during the birth of our baby, and I was terribly impressed with her labor and delivery knowledge, as well as her ability to direct my breathing during contractions, as I was struggling through the pain. The birthing process, as much as was possible, was smooth and went without complications. The nursery staff was immediately available to examine our newborn, who was born small and needed immediate attention.

During the rest of our stay, I cannot express enough the wonderful service we received from your staff. It was clear they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. From pain control to paperwork processing, your nursing staff was on top of it.

Please let them know how much they enhanced this special time in our lives.
