The next step is to schedule an initial assessment, which will help you decide about your health care needs and find the best treatment options. The initial assessment includes appointments with a doctor, dietitian and licensed psychologist, psychological and medical tests. To schedule, call 952-993-6200. This process takes a full morning, generally 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.
