Meet our specialists
Cynthia A. Toher, MD, is chief of cardiovascular services at Park Nicollet Heart and Vascular Center in St. Louis Park.
“I find that my relationships with patients are the most rewarding part of my practice. I feel it is critical to help patients understand and adapt to their illness,” says Toher.
Dr. Toher is board-certified and received her medical degree from Oregon Health Services University. She completed her cardiovascular medicine fellowship at the University of Minnesota then stayed on the faculty for five years.
Dr. Toher specializes in congenital heart disease in adults, pulmonary hypertension and echocardiography. She is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography.
