2. Your call will reach the right person, right away – day or night.

     Yes. We will accept your patient and start preparations to begin care.

Here’s how your call will be handled.

• During the day – a Navigator team member will take your call and connect you with the right person, right away, to arrange your patient’s transfer. 
• After hours or weekends – no more wondering who you will reach. After selecting the transfer patient option, your call immediately goes to the designated on-call hospital transfer physician in the Emergency Center. That physician will take your information and ensure your transfer is successfully handled.
