Where are you located?Park Nicollet Heart and Vascular Center is at 6500 Excelsior Blvd., in St. Louis Park, a Minneapolis suburb. The center is about a mile west of Highway 100 and three miles east of Highway 169 on Excelsior Boulevard.
Park in the Blue Ramp in front of the center. Bring your parking ticket to your appointment to receive a parking discount. Parking will cost $2.
When should I arrive for my appointment?Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out appropriate paperwork.
What kinds of insurance do you accept?We accept most major insurance plans, including HealthPartners, Patient Choice, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medica Choice, Medica Elect, Medica Select Care, Araz and PreferredOne, among others.
