We know health care providers have limited time with their patients. International Diabetes Center is here to support providers and patients who:

need diabetes education at diagnosis

need to start insulin

have wide fluctuations in blood glucose

want greater control over their diabetes

have lifestyle issues affecting glucose control

need to update diabetes knowledge
-
may be depressed or have other psychosocial issues
