Appointments

Struthers Parkinson’s Center in Golden Valley, Minn., is a nationally recognized resource of information, referrals and services for anyone with Parkinson’s disease  or related conditions and their families, regardless of where they receive regular medical care.

Referrals

Clinical services are covered by insurance. Doctor visits and rehabilitation therapies usually are eligible for reimbursement and may require a doctor’s referral. Other services, such as Club CREATE, social services, exercise classes and support groups, are available at no charge or for a small fee. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify (see phone number below).

Insurance

We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, HealthPartners, Patient Choice, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medica Choice, Medica Elect and SelectCare, Araz and PreferredOne.

Insurance covers many of the center’s clinical programs. Before scheduling appointments, patients should check with their insurance plans to verify which services are covered. Center professionals also are available to discuss fees and determine coverage.
