Park Nicollet Frauenshuh Cancer Center is giving you the best in a new, patient-centered facility. Our cancer care model allows patients to conserve energy to fight cancer and enjoy other parts of life. Exciting progress has been made in recent months.

On Feb. 9, 2009, two of our oncologists began seeing patients at the new center. The new center will fully open July 27, 2009, with all our oncologists offering care and treatment.

The need for cancer care is growing.

Research suggests that 50 percent of Minnesotan’s will be diagnosed with invasive cancer in their lifetime. As the population ages, demand for cancer services is dramatically increasing. To accommodate these needs, Park Nicollet is combining and expanding cancer services currently offered at Frauenshuh Cancer Center (Meadowbrook Building) and Park Nicollet Clinic—St. Louis Park.

Frauenshuh Cancer Center has been made possible through Park Nicollet Foundation support.

The new facility will be called Park Nicollet Frauenshuh Cancer Center in recognition of David and Sandra Frauenshuh’s generous gifts benefiting cancer support and treatment.

Frauenshuh Cancer Center is proud of the excellent care it already provides, but we know we can make it better. Our goal is to build a new cancer center where services come to the patient in a soothing, healing environment and coordination between specialists is greatly enhanced. Benefits will include:
