Insurance

At your visit, you will be asked for your insurance information. We accept most major insurance plans, including HealthPartners, Patient Choice, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medica Choice, Medica Elect, Medica SelectCare, Araz and PreferredOne, among others. We recommend you contact your insurance provider before your sleep study. We are considered a hospital outpatient lab.

Copayment

Many benefit plans require a copayment at the time of your visit. You may pay by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. After your insurance company has paid its portion, you may receive a statement indicating your financial responsibility.
