Appointments

It's easy to make appointments at any Park Nicollet Clinic location. Please check our clinic list and call the number shown for the clinic where you would like the appointment.

Park Nicollet Clinic also offers after-hours care at six locations. All urgent care departments are open until 8 p.m. weeknights and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Urgent care at Park Nicollet Clinic—St. Louis Park also is open holidays.

If you are not sure how often you should have a preventive care visit for a screening, immunization, mammogram, Pap smear or other, check our guidelines.

Saturday appointments

Saturday morning appointments are available with select family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric and ob/gyn providers at several Park Nicollet Clinic locations. Call your regular clinic to request a Saturday morning appointment.

Making appointments

• Call as early as possible for acute or urgent problems.
• Call in the afternoon for routine appointments and to avoid telephone congestion.
• If you know your chart number, give it to our scheduler so you can be served quickly.

Canceling appointments

• If you must cancel an appointment, please do so as far in advance as possible so we can offer your appointment time to another person.
