From start to finish, Park Nicollet offers you a blueprint of the recruitment and interviewing process.
Application process

Apply for a position. Review our current openings online, or e-mail your curriculum vitiate (CV) directly to Clinician Recruitment.

You will receive confirmation that your CV was received. Your CV will be sent to the department in which you are interested for review by the department chair and staff.

A member of the department may call to inquire about specifics of your background if your interests and qualifications appear to match the current opening and to discuss the available position further.
Interview process

A clinician recruiter will work with you to ensure your interview goes smoothly. The recruiter will make all travel and accommodation arrangements and confirm your itinerary.

The recruiter will send you a packet of information containing Park Nicollet information, travel arrangements, maps and your itinerary.

Every attempt is made it ensure an out-of-town candidate can complete the interview process in one day.

A tour of our area can be arranged with a member of our relocation company to see areas of interest such as housing, schools, art venues and more during your visit. Please let the recruiter know if you want a tour.
