Dress for success

Park Nicollet is recognized for delivering exceptional service and care to our patients. To support a positive experience and professional impression for our patients, Park Nicollet has established minimum professional standards for appropriate dress and appearance for all employees. Examples are as follows:

all clothing, including shoes, must be clean and in good repair
sandals and open-toed shoes are not appropriate
perfume and cologne use are discouraged due to allergic sensitivity
