Preparing for childbirth

While the experience from pregnancy to delivery can be an amazing time, it also can be filled with anxiety and doubt, especially for a first-time mother.

It is normal to have anxiety about new experiences. Childbirth is like nothing you have done before, and is an event you cannot control completely. With planning, however, you can be well prepared.
