This program is offered year-round to accommodate your schedule. This keeps in stride with the Park Nicollet philosophy of being the one place to offer everything you need for your eye care. The new 0% interest Capital One® Plan offers, 3, 6 and 18 month payment options allowing you to choose what works best for you. The application process is easy, almost immediate and has no early payment penalties. This allows you to shift your focus from “can I afford refractive surgery?” to “when can I schedule my procedure?”
Capital One® Plan application process
- Apply online or call toll free 877-559-5050.
- Specifically reference the 0% interest financing option with Park Nicollet.
- Capital One provides you with a confirmation number, if you are approved.
- Your paperwork is faxed to Park Nicollet Refractive Surgery.
- Park Nicollet Refractive Surgery contacts you by telephone so you can come in and sign your paperwork.
- A copy of your signed loan agreement is given to you.
- Your signed paperwork is faxed to Capital One for processing prior to your procedure.
- Payment is sent directly to Park Nicollet Refractive Surgery 24 hours prior to your procedure.
